Grilled Calamari | Served with Garlic Cauliflower Rice & Sriracha

Squid, or as we like to call it Calamari, is the chicken of the ocean, plentiful, tender, and healthy for all. This recipe is a quick 30 minutes and fun to make.

We start out by rinsing the calamari tubes and bodies and then drying them with a paper towel. We then coat them in an olive oil mixture with salt, pepper, and oregano and let them marinate for 10-15 minutes. To finish, we head out to our grill and cook them for 5-10 minutes occasionally flipping to each siding and rotating them around the grill. To plate, we serve the calamari on top of a garlic infused bed of cauliflower rice topped with sriracha sauce.
